Weekly or Fortnightly PAYMENT PLANS

Post by aussiedentist » Sun May 04, 2014 6:53 pm

Is it possible to have a weekly or fortnightly button, instead of just the monthly or quarterly?

I think this would be an easy addition and much appreciated.

Most of my patients prefer something taken out each week, or fortnightly (when they get paid) and they dont miss the money so much

We have Feature Request 2148: Payment plans, intervals such as weekly, biweekly, every 3 weeks, etc. Throw a few votes its' way!

I love the word fortnightly. There is no ambiguity, unlike biweekly. Does biweekly mean twice a week or every other week? I use the word fortnightly here and everyone stares at me as if I dropped another kind of F bomb. Luckily I have an accent (which allows me to get away with pronouncing words 'wrong' and using made up gibberish).

If I remember correctly, this has been added to the program already. As of 14.1, I know it is available to use in forming payment plans, but only monthly payment plans will work with CC recurring charges.

Damn right its fortnightly!!!

NOthing else makes sense.

Its just like the metric system - the rest of the world gets it perfectly, its easier, simpler, better, its just the damn yankees who lag behind!!
