Owandy QuickVision - Problems with x-ray bridge

Hello,

I'm evaluating a trial version of Open Dental (13.2.36.0) and trying to link it to Owandy QuickVision 3.16.3.12.

I'm following the instructions here: http://www.opendental.com/manual/bridgeOwandy.html

1. The custom button is created on the Open Dental toolbar, as expected
2. When cicked, the button launches QuickVision
3. PROBLEM. It always opens an empty patient, instead of the one selected in Open Dental.

Can you please tell me what I'm doing wrong? I tried both C/Link and C/Alink command line - it didnt work.

Is Owandy open before clicking the bridge button? The bottom of http://www.opendental.com/manual/bridgeOwandy.html states "Owandy must be open when you click the bridge button, or the patient will not load in Owandy"
