Web Forms - what to do after patient hits submit

Post by khdilger » Mon Mar 03, 2014 4:52 pm

I just started setting up the web forms. This is a much more elegant solution than a kiosk. What are others doing after the patient hits submit? It just goes to an open dental submission confirmation page. I would like it to go back to the original page that they clicked the form from. Any ideas on how to do that?

Also,

I thought that the forms were saved into the Images Module. After I retrive the form and select a patient to assign it to it makes a line item in the chart, not the images. Is that correct?

When the forms are submitted they go to a secure site. You can read more about here: http://www.opendental.com/manual/webforms.html.
