Mobile Sync not working

Mobile sync isn't working on my Droid. It works on my office managers iPhone. Can't figure out why.
I tried changing the user name and the password. I did a Full sync and I cleared all the cache on my phone, still no go. I also had a % in the user name which I removed, didn't help.

I don't understand what part of it isn't working. The synch doesn't happen on the mobile device, but only on one of the office workstations. So I think you are just saying you can't log in on your Android, but that your synch is working fine.

Jordan, of course you are right. I didn't describe it correctly. The sync is working, I just can't log in from my phone. and I've tried everything I can think of. I can log in to other sites, like my bank and my electric company account, so I don't understand why I can't access my appt schedule.

I loved my iPhone (if you can love an inanimate object). I lost my iPhone in Hurricaine Sandy. I was 3 months away from my contract renewal date. Verizon wouldn't let me early renew (6 weeks was the limit), Apple couldn't help me said I had to deal with Verizon. They wanted $700 for a new phone or $400 for a used one. I was able to get a Droid from a friend who had more phones than he needed. I fell in love again and would never go back.

I think you were on the right track here. Typically these issues are resolved by changing settings on the phones browser. Most common on is not having javascript enabled. Also, what browser are you using? Sometimes installing a different browser (chrome, dolphin, opera, etc) will work and then you can compare the settings between the two browsers to help find the culprit.
The best thing about a boolean is even if you are wrong, you are only off by a bit.

I am sooooo embarrassed I'd like to delete this entire thread. It works. I had a typo in my user name that I kept missing. And btw, the % symbol works in the user name too, at least for us.

Are you 100% sure you are using the right username/password? Have one of them try to log in on your phone, and you try to log in on their phone. Other than that, I'm drawing a blank.
