Database Maintenance Issue

Post by boboffice » Mon Aug 12, 2013 10:29 pm

Everything seems to be working fine.... but.... every time I run the database maintenance tool, I get quite a few of the following "errors" being fixed:

Mismatched claim InsSubNum/PlanNum fixed: 8
Mismatched claimproc InsSubNum/PlanNum fixed: 27

The above is from just one day. The more days I wait between runs, the higher the number. After a week it's in the hundreds. I just seems to me that something is wrong.... just not sure what. Any ideas?

Great, it's a very current version. That means it's probably a subtle bug on our end. You should call us so that we know which office you're from. Tell the tech that you talk to that Jordan said it was a bug and for you to call. Tell the tech to escalate it to the programmers, but that you don't need to wait on the phone while it happens because it's not urgent. We won't get a copy of your database right away, but we might later if we need it.
