Envelope merge

Can someone help me get my envelope merge to work, I am using Microsoft Word 2010 and since we switched over to Windowns 7 last week, can't get it to work. It worked fine in XP and the OD techs I called many times can't seem to figure it out. Thanks

At what point is the merge failing? Is there a specific error that occurs? If you could, please email me your account information so I can look into this for you. Sent it to service@opendental.com.
