Would you still use the paper chart to record ?

my question is ,would you still use paper to record the treatment from each patient?

i mean technically we assume that we do not need it anymore after we got this software,however i want to ask in the
reality would you still using the paper and pen ?

No. Went to court recently with printouts from OD. No issues.
