MedHx/Allergy reports

Post by spolevoy » Tue May 14, 2013 7:02 am

We just discovered that MedUrgent Notes show up in the appointment descriptions...which is really useful for certain conditions that are not to be missed - like Pre-med,Latex Allergies or Epi sensitivity.
How do we search for patients with like entries in Medical Summaries, so we can identify these patients and move these conditions to MedUrgNotes?

thanks!

I can't think of a quick way to achieve this off the top of my head other than running a query on the database. I did a search on the entire query example page that use the patientnote table and there were only 5, none of which searched the medical columns. I'd recommend calling in and making a query request with us. It'll most likely be $90 and if you have a lot of patients, it would save you a significant amount of time. Or you could just have the receptionist move them over patient at a time as they come in for appointments.
The best thing about a boolean is even if you are wrong, you are only off by a bit.
