Database maintenance

Post by Hersheydmd » Mon Dec 10, 2012 8:20 pm

I clicked "Fix" several times, but the following error keeps coming back when I click "check"
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Mismatched claimproc InsSubNum/PlanNum values: 1
Mismatched payplan InsSubNum/PlanNum values: 2
Done

How do I fix it?

Try checking the box that says "Show me everything in the log" and see if that points you to anything that might help.

There must be something tricky about your situation where we weren't comfortable with automating a fix. You can call in when you have time to give us a copy of your database and we can look into those warnings and hopefully improve database maintenance OR we'll be able to tell you more information so we can make an educated decision on what actions to take with your database in particular.
The best thing about a boolean is even if you are wrong, you are only off by a bit.
