Pop Up for people with too many cancelled appointments

Post by djanash@mac.com » Sat Dec 01, 2012 12:18 pm

Can we set a Broken Appointment LIMIT, where if someone is a repeat offender a pop up generates? Going through digital chart the chart some times becomes lengthy and tedious, and we tried changing the color of the broken appointments line items but still...

Would be great if this could be automated. Any ideas?

When an appointment is broken it should automaticaly prompt you to enter an adjustment (PTF can be the default) which will show in the account module. Our providers also wanted it to show in the chart, so we setup automation to add a commlog entry as well. At the time an appointment is broken or when the broken apppointment is being deleted, our office staff check the account to see how many broken appointments they've had - if they've had too many they are inactivated and sent an inactivation letter.

Under Setup->Automation click Add. Then select the following options:
Trigger: BreakAppointment
Action: CreateCommlog
CommType: ApptRelated
Message: Broken Appointment Reason:
Then when an appointment is broken a commlog will automatically popup and they can enter the reason in the note field.
