When printing more than three pages of progress notes, printer overlays next page of notes over previous page.
Patient has 7 pages of progress notes. Preliminary testing shows following results:
Page 1 printed with no issue.
Page 2 printed with no issue.
Page 3 had overlay of two passes of printing on same page.
Page 4 had overlay of three passes of printing on same page.
Page 5 printed with no issues.
Page 6 printed blank.
Page 7 printed blank.
Testing different users on same workstation, users on different workstation, different printers (Lexmark and HP), updated printer drivers all made no difference.
Anyone else come across this problem? Any help is appreciated.
