Lab cases

I am not able to see what lab cases have come in when you open the icon.........any one else have this issue or a solution?

Is your date range set correctly? Maybe the lab cases are set complete (attached to a completed appointment). This page might help you figure it out: http://opendental.com/manual/labcases.html
The best thing about a boolean is even if you are wrong, you are only off by a bit.
