Assignment of Benefit Question

My staff would like to have a way to change the assignment on a per claim basis. We have the patients pay for work up to $300 and the benefit is assigned to them. Procedures over $300 we accept assignments. The would like to have a check box when the claim is entered rather than have it done globally in family module for the entire family.
