i notice on my windows 7 machines that when I click on the pdf files that I have scanned in the images module it does not show the pdf file on the right side of the screen. On my 1 windows xp workstation it does. I use that foxit pdf viewer for all my machines to view pdf and pdfcreator (open source) to edit pdf files. Even when I have foxit set as default program to open pdf.
Any ideas how to fix this on the windows 7 machines? thanks guyz

Ours does the same thing until you left click in the blank area. After clicking, the image shows up for viewing.

Re: preview pdf files in image module
thanks for your reply. I ended up just installing adobe reader and it works now. Only thing that sucks is adobe reader is memory hungry compared to that foxit program. BUt i guess don't have a choice. thanks for your help!

I think this is because we use a dll distributed by Adobe so that pdf's can be previewed within Open Dental.
The best thing about a boolean is even if you are wrong, you are only off by a bit.
