"Where" tab under patients-raw list ???

When I am trying to do a patient list using "Select/Where" tabs under patients -raw lists, Primary Carrier is not available under the "Where" tab. Is it supposed to be there? The example on the help part of the website shows it, but I don't have it. Does anybody have any ideas?


This link shows Primary Carrier listed under the "Where" tab. It is not on the "Where" list in my version 12.1.13.

Obviously this report would be very helpful for finding out how many patients have xxx as Primary Carrier. Is there another way to run this report?

In the mean time, have you visited the query page on the website? There are over 600 different queries that you can use free of charge. Several of which will give you a list of patients with their insurance information.
