Import Insurance Plans and medical hx

has anyone used the new features to import insurance plans from sheets? please help set this up

it is listed as one of the features in 12.3


Import Medical History: Patient allergies, medications, and problems can be imported using sheets. Works for both kiosk and web forms. Medical History.
