Eclaim for crowns

I just started using Tesia.
Everytime I try to send a claim or pre-auth for a crown, it has a prompt "Claim cannot be sent until missing data is fixed: PFM Prosthesis"

what does this mean? I couldn't find reference to this in the online user manual.

Make sure when you "set complete" the crown that you specify if it's the first time or if you are replacing an existing crown.

Ah,thanks. That seemed to do the trick. I tried setting that in the claims, but that didn't work. I did it from the chart, and it went through this time.
