Possible Bug v 12.1.13

Post by drmaximus » Wed Mar 28, 2012 9:54 am

Just updated from version 11. I noticed in chart view now that my progress notes only display "signed" when they are listed in the expanded view. Not sure if this is a real bug but in my previous version it would still show if a note was signed or not in the collapsed view.

Thanks!

Not sure quite what you mean by 'expanded' versus 'collapsed'.

Maybe you have multiple Chart Views set up? Go to the show tab in the Chart module and select each view in the list one by one to see if the one you are used to seeing shows up.
Someone may have edited your chart view by accident in which case you can set it back to the way you like it. This page is helpful in that regard:

Expanded meaning all the text of my procedure note is listed along with the date, procedure, user, signed/unsigned, etc.

Collapsed meaning I have unticked the proc note box and it displays only the date, procedure, user, etc -- but does not display your actual note.

It displays what is signed only when the proc note box is ticked, but in the previous version it used to display the status of note being signed or unsigned without having to display the whole procedure note.
