Broken Appointment Fee Configuration

Discription: Doctor wants to give a warning to patients who break an appointment for the first time. Any other appointment , ther will be a charge.

Question: How can OD be configured to forgive the first incident and then apply a broken appointment fee to any additional ones?

Any help will be appreciated :0

We create an adjustment in the pt's ledger. One for Broken Appt/No Show and one for Cancelled Appt. We set the fee manually each time. I don't think there is a way to save a set fee for the adjustment.
