Calendar year checked in one place, not checked in the other

Just updated to 5.2.15.0 last week. I'm cruising around the program, and I find a patient with insurance benefits that has calendar year checked in one place, but not in the others.

If you go to Family, double click on coverage percentages, then click on edit benefits, the calendar year on the upper left, under annual max, general deductible, etc., is NOT checked. This patient is NOT on a calendaar year benefit program, BTW.

However, if you look further down the same screen, just above the notes box, the calendar year IS checked.

If you close that screen, then look on the upper right, the effective dates of coverage ARE correct, July 1 to June 30.

1. Will this effect insurance calculations ?
2. How do I fix it ?
