Can't run envelopes or bills anymore?

Recently installed Microsoft office 2010 because can't run individual letter merge without it and now can't run bills or envelopes? Anyone know how to remedy this? I will call tech support later when they are open, just asking now. Thanks for the help

Ok, I realized I needed to install the driver for the printer and the envelopes print fine. The error message for the letter merge for statements says install Adobe reader. I have Foxit reader installed instead. On my private laptop I can print the bills no problem, but just have this issue with the front desk computer. Any ideas?

I'm not sure, but it seems like installing Adobe Reader would be the next troubleshooting step.

I will try that, but I don't have Adobe reader on my laptop (64bit), just Foxit and it works fine. My front desk is 32bit (don't know if that matters or not). Which Adobe reader download would you suggest?

Just use the free Adobe Reader that everyone uses. There's only one choice.
