Fee Schedules

Post by Toothdr97 » Tue Feb 07, 2012 1:33 pm

How can I print 2-3 of the inusurance fee schedules side by side? I want to compare my fees with 2 other insurance fees to see if I want to accept a new plan.

You can view 3 of them side by side in the Procedure Codes window

I don't see a quick and easy way to print out 3 of them side by side. One option would be to use the export button at the lower left of the window above. That would give you one fee schedule in a spreadsheet. Do the same for the other two, and then copy/paste the columns from one spreadsheet to another.

@Toothdr97: Bear in mind that Jordan's method will export as a TXT file that you have to import into Excel and then match the rows across every fee schedule you export.

@Jordan. What is the function of the XML export button? Can you give an example of when that might be useful (not necessarily in this context)?

1. You can rename the .txt file to a .xls file, and it will open automatically in Excel, with no import needed.
2. Export from one office, and share the fee schedule with your other two offices.
