My kiosk sucks!

Post by djanash@mac.com » Thu Feb 02, 2012 8:06 pm

Why is it so clunky and weird to use?

Select the sheets, then do this then do that, like 7 steps!!?

Am I the only now who thinks is in need of repair?

At least the "tab order" implemented not too long ago helped

It's kind of convoluted for you, but it's not too bad for the patients, right? We always push hard to get "something" out there, and then we work on the rough edges over time. The good news is that you probably get used to it after a few days. But I do completely understand the complaint.

My rant was from a year ago. I did get used to it, almost second nature :-) New users will have the same complaint as I did. Hence djanash's post. It's all about time division between polishing existing features or adding new ones, so I certainly appreciate all the work that was done. It would help though if the kiosk screen could be made customizable to present a more friendly impression to the office.

OK, so whats the best ad fastest way to use it/step by step

I keep losing the patient in the window, and keep getting the CPU I'm working on become the Kiosk unexpectedly
