Undelete Procedure?

I have mentioned this issue in the past and it happened several times this week - both to myself and my hygienist.

There are times where it will appear that a duplicate appointment is present and the wrong procedure is deleted (from the chart module). Of course, it is still visible in the audit log, but there is no way to bring back the text (which could involve editing) or undelete the procedure (which could invalidate the entry also).

I would like to at least be able to edit the entry in the first day after it was posted. As it is, the entry has to be re-typed. Is there any way that the text can at least be copied and then pasted into a new note (ie. Read only mode)? This would maintain the integrity of the chart.
