HELP-LOST THE INSURANCE CLAIM BACKGROUND

Post by Mitch » Sun Nov 11, 2007 8:36 am

I just tried printing out an insurance claim but I only got the data.

There is NO CLAIM BACKGROUND. Everything had been working fine

until today. What could have caused this and what do I do?

I tried to go to set up, but there is NO link for insurance claims there.

(It used to be there). I haven't updated for several months and as I

stated there had been no problem before today.

I appreciate any help. This is serious.

Go to Setup | Data Paths. Do you have the box checked to not use AtoZ folder? Checking that box will make the ClaimForm setup unavailable and might also cause your background to disappear.

Jordan, I just updated to 5.2.15.0 about an hour ago, and my staff is ready to kick my butt !

Biggest issue right now is that the background of our claim forms has also disappeared. I looked into the solution that you posted above, but the box was NOT checked.

Please tell me how to fix this !

Thanks,

Mike

Which claimform? Is it the 2006, or is it a different one? I would sort of need to see your screen.

No, Jordan, we were using the 2002. If you need to patch in, let me know, and we will get it set up somehow. I have some remote software already loaded and installed, so it shouldn't be too difficult.

Thanks,

Mike
