Labels won't print patient number

Labels won't print patient number

I can't get my label printer to print the label that has Patient name and patient number. It prints the name but not the number.

Also, is there a way to change the font size for that label?

they are all hard coded right now, so we would have to program it in to change it I think. In the future they will be customizable
