Is there a reports tutorial for Open Dental? I am the RDH and am curious about running certain reports but have no idea where to begin.
We went to a practice management CE last night and they suggested going through active patients and categorizing those that are scheduled for recall and those who aren't. I wondered if there was a way to do this on opendental. What I saw online suggested that if a reminder call has been made the account may not show up on the list of unappointed recall patients.
