PPO fees not showing in the tx plan?

PPO fees not showing in the tx plan?
After upgrading to v11.1, when I put in a treatment plan for CIGNA, for example, our standard fees always show up in the left-hand column in the Treatment PLan module instead of the PPO fees. I don't seem to recall this being the case before? How can I make the PPO fee show up instead of our Standard Fee? I don't really care about showing them the discount they get by us being in-network - we use a totally different financial agreement spreadsheet, and I want to know what the fee totals are with the correct PPO fee.

if you want the fee to be the PPO plan only, then leave the type as a category %, if you want both your regular fee to show and the discount applied to make it the PPO fee, then assign the plan a PPO% (this is in each individual ins plan setup in the family file)
