F & V surfaces

Post by Pruce Dental » Wed Sep 21, 2011 8:31 am

Jordan...

If you chart a treatment plan item with both the 'F" and "V" surfaces OD doesn't recognize that they are the same surface and gives a warning asking if you want to use a two surface restoration instead.

In the grand scheme of things it barely registers on my radar as an annoyance since the work around is just one click but still though I would point it out.

What version of Open Dental are you using? (Help|Update to check.)
I am able to chart VF with a 1 surface code without it prompting me to change to a 2 surface code. I am using version 11.0.25.
