Adding a default narrative to an insurance code

Is there a way to add a default insurance narrative that will appear whenever a particular code is used.
For example: Whenever I use code D4910 (perio maintenance) I would like the following narrative to appear:
“If periodontal maintenance D4910 is not reimbursable,
please pay the alternative benefit of Prophylaxis, D1110."
“Periodontal maintenance, D4910 is inclusive of Prophylaxis,
D1110.”
