This feature works great on an iPhone and even displays the color coding of different providers. But can it also indicate Operatories by number or color. Since it presents all appointments in a list, how does one know which one is in which op?

We're working hard on that. We're actually going to give you a full graphical appointment module that looks exactly like the one you see in the main program. You would then zoom and pan to find the appointment you wanted.

Can someone please tell me how often the mobile calendar updates or what triggers it to update when changes are made in opendental. I have been using it for about a month and currently appts still remain weeks after we have changed our schedule. thanks
