Lab Cases Disappearing

7.9.13

We have been having trouble with Lab Cases, with Lab scripts generated, completely disappearing over the past week. This may be a staff issue where someone is deleting them, but I have had 3 in the past 3 days and no one thinks they did it. (But that doesn't mean much :p ) Trying to see if anyone else has noticed this problem?

At a minimum, could we have an audit trail for creation and deletion of lab cases and scripts?

I use Lab Case daily, using scanned in lab slips.
No problem here.
Candy is dandy, but sex won't rot your teeth.
