Is there a way to turn off the feature of pt's fee calaculation. because our office use so many different fee scheduled. the front desk prefer to key in the fee herself and calculate the pt's portion with her own method. thanks

Yes, just put in 0% for your insurance percentages in the edit benefits window insidet the claim edit window (go to claim edit window in accoutn module, then double ckick on the right hand side 'benefits', set all benefits to zero % for each patient as they come in. YOu could do it in the edit insurance plan window if you want to do it ahead of time for all patients), or even a max of zero would work.
