How do we remove an employee from the log on list?

First, you upgrade to version 5.2. Then, you go to the Security window and hide them there.

I have her hidden in security, but she is still showing up in the log in list when the program starts. Version 5.3.10.

Oh, really? Yes, I just verified that it is not hiding users properly. I'll put it on the bug list. Thanks.

I updated to v5.3.14 and the employees still show up on the log-in screen.

I see there is now a DELETE ALL UNUSED EMPLOYEES button, I'm not sure I want to delete them.

In the SECURITY section the employees are "HIDDEN", user group "INACTIVE",Employee (for Time Cards) "NONE", Provider "NONE".
There are no Permissions selected for "INACTIVE" users....do I?

Cheers!!

It was fixed in 5.3.16. So you're just not current enough.
