Is anyone else as frustrated as me and my staff with respect to creating a patient bill list?
On my screen, the "Last Statement" column is always blank.
Many of the patients have insurance, but no where does it indicate that a payment from the insurance company has been received.
It becomes a guessing game as to which patients actually owe the balance or if we are waiting for payment.
Could it be possible to add a column for "last payment received" and/or last insurance payment received?
The amount isn't necessary, but knowing if payment has been made or not would be very helpful.
