Make a copy of a backup. Install version 7.4 to run your old database. If our emergency number isn't working for some reason, I'll help walk you through it tomorrow.

OK, I just got back from picking my daughter up from a party and am about to crash. What's a good time Sunday to give you a call for help?

We always have someone on call. I would say just wait until a decent time Sunday morning and then call. 10am doesn't sound too bad. If you can't contact them for a few hours, then I can step in, but they are usually good about answering the phone.

Just curious, did it fail on its own and give an obvious error message, or did it fail because you forced it to shut down because you thought it was locked up and "not responding"?
