Waitng Room Alert

Have you ever noticed at a fast food restaurant the employees are constantly watching a screen with orders? As the orders get further behind the order starts flashing alerting the employee "this is urgent". I'm sure this is set up by corporate officials that want to emphasize customer service and being on time.

My thought is maybe we can have something similar set up in OpenDental. On the appointment module maybe we can have the waiting room schedule start flashing when the time exceeds a limit like 15 minutes? It doesn't mean we have the ability to take the patient back right then, but at least the assistant can apologize to the patient so they don't feel forgotten.

automatic would be nice, but the front desk could just glance at the waiting room list and see hows been there over 15min, and then send a new alert to staff
