Undelete Chart Entries? Security issue?

Hi Jordan - this scenario has happened several times in our office.

By mistake, a chart entry has been deleted - of course it is present in the audit log, but cannot be undeleted while in audit mode - a catch-22.

The other day, my front desk somehow deleted an entry while she was fooling with the insurance. She has a 3 day limit on edits.

Any ideas on how to 1) undelete 2) set up security to prevent the deletion?

One thing that would help a lot would be if we could copy the procedure notes when in audit mode. If I could copy to the clipboard, then re-add the deleted procedure and paste the notes in, that would work fine. But instead I have to do a screenshot and retype the notes that were deleted.
