Statement Header

First of all, I'd like to thank the maker of OpenDental for providing this wonderful software!
I don't know if this question has ever been asked before, but is there a way to modify the header in statement printouts?
I'd like to add my clinic logo at the very top of the statement, if possible.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Currently no way to modify the header with an image. You can modify the text though by using my plugin here: http://www.smilecouple.org/2010/04/27/o ... ns-clearer

you could print modify the header for your logo then pre-print the logo and run the statements later

Yeah, I did put that into consideration. A pre-printed paper is a good temporary solution.
