Great idea, but how can I get it to not show up in the account and how can I make it so it will permanently be not billed to insurance? Thanks

It should automatically have a status of EC. Does it not?

grp means group for group notes, you can highlight all the procedures at the same time and just make one note. Before I would just use a made up abbreviation like ClinNote. Now I understand what EC means, I am still waiting to find out about my original question of

I think it is not possible. It is a illegal issue. If you badly need it, you can try another way. Thanks.

Anything with a status of EC should not show in the Account and cannot be billed to ins. That was my point. If the status is EC, then I don't see how you can claim that it's showing in the Account. That would be nearly impossible.
