Bulk Insurance EOB management

Currently, we scan all the insurance bulk check EOBs (ie weekly Delta Dental payment) into PaperPort.
Each month we create a folder (ie October) within another folder that is for the year (ie 2010).
Located in the month folder are scanns of each of the weekly EOBs.
Of course, this info is outside OpenDental.
It would be nice if these could be in the Image file of OD.
My thought was to create a new family of non-patients, " Bulk Insurance", being the gaurantor and "Delta California, MetLife Texas, etc being familiy members.

Can there be folders within the Image Folders?
Or, am I looking forward to having an infinite number of file images being listed, under let's say "Insurance"?

Is it possible to reverse the order that files in the Image Module are listed?
In other words, instead of having the most recent addition the last one on the list, it is the first one at the top?

Sounds like it should remain outside of OD until we specifically support that.
