OD set recalls to 5months?

I don't know how this happened, but my Front Desk tells me that OD set most of the 6 month recalls to 5m, has anyone else had this problem?

I too am having problems with the recalls. The Pano that was set to 3 yrs. is now showing 5yrs. Also the prophy that is set to 6mos and 1day has dates that are not correct, however they were. Problem now is that I am not able to generate any kind of reliable recall list. Any suggestions? Thanks

The only way that would happen is if someone deleted all recalls of a single type from within the recall type edit window.
