Tesia vs Emdeon

Post by Toothdr97 » Mon Sep 27, 2010 6:07 am

Ok we have been using Tesia probably since we started up 4 years ago. We have been happy with it. $29.95 per month. What I would like to know is how do others like Emdeon. I am a provider with Dental Care Plus here in Cinci and they are now offering EFT thru Emdeon. I thought, well if I have to "sign up" for EFT thru Emdeon for DCP, maybe it would be better to have Emdeon do all of our electroic claims. Really just want some feedback from you all.
Thanks

Is the fee comparable?

Yes. We're still discussing with Emdeon whether a monthly fee makes sense or whether to just offer customers a fee per claim. The per-claim fee is very similar.
