Confirmation/Recall & E-mail/Texting

Is anyone using any type of text messaging/e-mail integration with OD with any success? If possible, I'd love to integrate the preferred contact method in the patient's demographic information to automatically generate e-mails and texts as appropriate. I've looked at twilio and other options, but figure I'd ask here first.
