I am using 7.1.10, but I don't think there has been any changes in the new versions:
There seems to be a bug in the lab slip creation with these steps:
1)create new lab slip
3) make changes to the lab case and want a new one info imported to new slip or to change the due date
2) delete old lab slip
3) button still says "edit lab slip" instead of "new lab slip" and if changes are made on the lab case screen and you click "edit lab slip" it does not bring in the new info you changed in the lab case window
I can't seem to replicate this, but it has happened more than once
