Anyone know how to use the search eligibility button in the insurnace screen? Didn't see any help items about that.

Oh. That wasn't supposed to be visible yet. There's a possibility that if you're using Claim Connect, and you have paid them for eligibility service, that the button will work. I think there are other users who are successfully doing so, and that's where the button came from.

Nice --- I do use claim connect. I guess longterm the ideal is that all cleareinghouses can do eligibility checks for all insurances, but a shorter term goal might be to allow the user to select from whichever website is most likely to give the best information. For example, dental dental patients are best checked at delta's website, metlife at theirs, etc. A scrolldown would be cool. However, unless you run two copies of OD side by side, it woul dbe hard to use this efficiently, as it would be important to be able to enter the viewed information (eligibility, plan benefits, restrictions, etc) while viewing it.

Our plan is not to view the information, but rather to enter it without human interaction. There are very few hurdles remaining. It's only a matter of time.
