Excellent product. Set up takes time and fore thought to see when you want to have your reminders sent. Newsletter and campaigns help keep your practice in the patients view. I remember reading some where you have to touch a patient /client three time before you can BEGIN to get a response. Dental Senders Automates the process for you. My staff still call the day before. We have found if my server was down and Dental Senders does not send out reminders, the call by itself from us is useless. If you have a tech savvy patient base they really appreciate it. In the 2 years I have used it I have only had 2 patient s not want text messages due to charges. Every one else either didn't care or never commented. I would hight recommend the service.
