I use this made from Sheets all the time. Is is possible yet to automatically pull in a patient's age? Thanks

Yes. Use a static text field. Insert the age field into there.

I tried to add the birthdate and age to my referral slip, I am on v6.834, it shows in the Sheets, but won't pull in the data, called support and they are working on it, maybe I have to wait for 6.9?

Are you sure you have set the referral slip from inside the referral edit window?

I have my referral slip set up in Sheets and it pulls in everything I ask it to, just not date of birth or age and was wondering why, in the Family section the patient does have an age and birthdate entered.
