'Unsent' Statements
Dr Verharen's office manager Diana is one of several customers who take issue with the 'unsent' showing on billing statements for their patients. In her case, her patients actually have actually said they do not have to pay their bill because it says 'unsent'. The dr also says it does not look professional. How hard would it be to simply not show 'unsent' for statements that are printed? Should this be a feature request? I am posting this here because we getat least a couple calls a week on this, and I need to point customers to somewhere wherethey can see our view on this problem.
Re: 'Unsent' Statements
Not to pile on, but I raised this same issue in September.

We still perform the work around prior to sending statements just so they don't show UNSENT. I don't know much programming, but there should be a fix to this "annoyance".

OK, Looks like I can just point people to that discussion and make it a feature request for now, acknowledging that there is controversy over calling it a feature request rather than a bug as there is no category for 'known annoyance'
