Fees wrong

Post by drtech » Tue Nov 10, 2009 8:44 am

just updated to 6.8.12 last night and this morning we are having lots of problems with the fees coming up too low. I think it is PPO's. The setting is correct on PPO % and the right fee sched on the plan, but it still puts in a low fee (I think the ppo fee sched). Looks like you can correct it by going to the tx plan and update fees.

Which method are you using for entering procedures? Proc buttons?

I just want to point out that this is yet another bug created by an outside developer. A perfect example of why we no longer allow outside developers to make changes.

yep, those pesky outside developers :p

Thanks for getting it corrected so fast....

I look forward to trying out the new framework if I ever find the time!
